Daylight Savings



One Hour.
All it takes for us 
to feel a shift,
a very big difference
in a very small amount of time.
Our bodies feel it,
our eyes, they see it.
The light changes,
it keeps us longer.
We must rebuild routine,
Once more. Again.
We thought we had it;
A way. A day.
But what a difference
One Hour
makes.
